No entanto, é importante mencionar que não realizamos reparações em insufláveis que contenham mofo, areia ou água. Isso ocorre porque esses fatores podem comprometer a qualidade e a segurança dos nossos funcionários e equipamentos
Are there any terms and conditions bound to warranty reparations?
Consult your responsible account manager on the warranty of the product you have faced the problem with. Has the warranty period lapsed? Even then we will make sure to find the best solution to keep keeps running.

What is the best way to communicate the problem I have faced?
Message or e-mail us with description of the problem and pictures of the damage. We will consult our service team, and let you know what is the best solution.

My inflatable was not manufactured by JB. Can I still come to you for repair?
Of course you can. The process: message or e-mail the photo and the description of the problem to our customer support team. Together with our repair team, we could estimate the complexity of the problem, and communicate the price of the reparation in advance. We charge the hour tariff of €60 for our repair service. Would like to have your product picked up? Ask your account manager for shipping quote.

Can I repair my inflatable myself?
In the majority of cases, the repair is better to be conducted by JB repair team. However in case the damage is small and finds place NOT on the jumping surface or structural support components, the repair can be conducted by yourself. However, prior to conducting any repairs, contact your account manager about the problem, we ,in turn, will advice you on the best way to tackle the problem and support you with materials for the repair.
